We have the role for you! Join our Drinks Logistics Client based in CV3 as a Stock/Admin Clerk!

Working hours will be 11:00-19:00 Monday – Friday. £12.50/hr ! The role is temporary ongoing however there is a potential of going permanent for the right candidate!

We are currently looking for a Stock Admin Clerk to support our existing operation, reporting to the Stock Team Manager the role will be responsible for the day to day administrative support to both the transport and warehouse operation, to ensure the smooth running of the RDC. 

" Complete all perpetual inventory activity within agreed timescales, and carry out associated investigations as required
" Liaise day to day with external and internal customers
" To audit the integrity of inbound and outbound administrative processes
" To ensure full audit process compliance to NSF within stock & admin functions
" To ensure process investigations are completed in accordance with procedure and deadline
" To continuously improve stock integrity
" To perform daily checks and maintenance of system hygiene
" To ensure that data and operational information is maintained on key business systems in a timely and accurate manner
" Collate operational KPI information and accurate stock reporting within timescales
" Maintain customer returns, proof of delivery, ullage processes, age on sale and compliance to company stock control and integrity procedures as required
" Continuous improvement/project support for the department
Your skills and experience
" Good verbal and written communication skills
" Ability to work under pressure to deadlines
" Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
" Good numeracy and literacy skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
" Able to work in a multi-temperature environment
" Able to work at heights (ideally with a MEWP licence for Scissor lifts – training can be given)
" Ability to operate MHE (truck & LLOP – full training will be given)
" Previous experience of using WMS systems and reports
" Good interpersonal and communication skills, particularly a professional telephone manner
" Good organisational skills
" The ability to multitask in a busy office environment
