Salary : £38000 – £43000/annum
Experienced Job running Project Architect required to join an established medium sized Architectural Practice in Chesterfield to spearhead a variety of large-scale projects across multiple robust sectors.
Boasting an impressive and diverse project portfolio across several sectors nationally our client have established an excellent reputation for seeing through projects from inception to completion. Whilst the Practice boast an impressive cross sector track record of successful commissions they are best known for their work in the Education, Residential, Workplace, Defence and Commercial sectors, more recently they have also expanded into the Industrial and Logistics space giving them a far reaching portfolio well equipped to deal with any economic uncertainty.
They are now looking to bolster their various growing design teams with the addition of a capable job running project Architect with excellent REVIT capabilities to work on projects across all RIBA Stages. Ideally you will have a minimum of 3- 5 plus years post qualification experience and be accomplished at working across all RIBA stages of work with a particular focus on securing someone who excels at project delivery, excellent contemporary design flair and imagination is fundamental to all candidates who work here.
The Project Architect will also have the following
* ARB/RIBA Qualified Project Architect.
* Minimum 5 years post qualification experience.
* Excellent Communication/Presentation skills.
* Sound knowledge of current UK legislation.
* REVIT software proficient.
* Hand-Drawing/Sketching skills would be advantageous.
* An interest in design
* Particular experience within the Commercial, Education or Residential sectors would be advantageous – experience in specific sectors is not vital.
