A design consultancy that specialize in designing super prime luxury homes for clients in and around the South East now require an Architectural Technologist to join them based from their office in Denham.

The successful Architectural Technologist will have a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable, small consultancy that has been operating for 35 years, designing first class bespoke family homes.

The successful Architectural Technologist will ideally be CIAT, or a similarly recognised qualification.
Strong technical skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Strong design skills
Previous experience within the high-end private residential sector highly preferable
Excellent technical detail knowledge
Excellent communication skills with clients and colleagues
Driving license and car
Experience with Caddie preferred, AutoCAD experience also preferredIn Return…
Salary: £30,000 – £34,000
20 days annual leave, plus generous gifted leave over Christmas period.
Non-contractual bonus dependent
