Senior Business Analyst and Change Manager
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £65000 – £75000/annum
A leading multinational fashion retailer, who currently have over 150 stores globally are recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst and Change Manager.
This role will involve supporting the Programme Manager in the successful delivery of a market leading cloud ERP. The successful candidate will be part of the project team responsible for replacing the existing BI, merchandise management and warehouse management system.
The salary on offer is 75K, plus a competitive benefits package.
Responsibilities:
Create strong long-lasting relationships with project stakeholders and coordinate with them regularly
Define and implement a change management programme
Collaborate with the business streams to create effective and appropriate test cases and support with the planning and executing of the test phases
Establish and execute support procedures for ongoing solution management
Work with the business leads to understand their operational requirements, translate these into requirements, help with communicating this to the implementation partner and agreeing on the solution required
Bring fresh ideas to management on how ongoing improvements can be achievedRequirements:
5+ years' relevant experience in the Retail industry
Experience of project managing an ERP implementation
A high attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience of promoting process improvement within a business
High level of confidence and the ability to communicate effectively to all levels of staff
