A rare new opportunity has arisen for a Property Litigation Solicitor (NQ) to join the expanding Property Litigation Team for an award winning Legal 500 firm located in Norwich.
The right person would be joining a friendly team which allows work flexibility with a combination of home and office working. As an NQ solicitor you will be given plenty of support and training to help you grow and develop in order to achieve your goals.
This is a role which will involve varied work, dealing with a broad range of clients including private individuals, landlords, tenants, and larger organisations in contentious property matters affecting commercial, residential, and agricultural land.
The role will also involve
* Adverse possession claims
* Interpretation and enforceability of restrictive covenants
* Advising on private nuisance and trespass
* Dilapidations
* Advising transactional colleagues on difficult property issues arising
