Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £50000 – £55000/annum

We are looking for an experienced Head of Change and Project Management for our client a global business based in Liverpool. 

This is a new role and will involve being the UK Lead, Coach and Champion for Change, ensuring standards are met on every Project under delivery. The successful candidate will be a key member of the senior management team and will work with key decision makers and department Heads to own and lead on a variety of Projects, pulling together Project teams from across the business and take the lead on continuous improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

To consult with the Senior Management Team on strategic change initiatives and to own and lead a range of change projects.
Responsible as a local functional lead, champion and coach to ensure that Project Management standards are met on every project within the organisation.
Ensuring that project team members are aware of and are compliant to Project Management standards
A role model of continuous improvement you will support a culture of problem solving and service evolution.
Working with key stakeholders across the business to anticipate PM resource needs and ensuring the skills and resources are available to meet these needs.
To embed new techniques within the organisation through coaching (e.g., Agile)

Key Skills / Experience Required:

Significant project leadership experience working in a multi-channel contact centre (operations) at a senior level. (BPO experience desirable but not essential)
Familiar with service transition and new service establishment projects.
Thorough understanding and demonstrable experience of Project Management practices and frameworks.
Project management Qualification e.g., Prince2.
Credibility at a senior management level with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Top Level change management and project management skills and experience of significant business transformation projects.
People management skills and the ability to develop others.
Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and driven to succeed with a passion for delivering first class customer service.
