Do you have experience working within Product Development? Our client operate within the printing industry who supply promotional products including stationary, drinkware, technology and more. They are looking for someone to join their Product Development team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Job Description
Oversee product development from conception to first production and launch
Work together with the directors, sales and the marketing team to plan for product launches across social channels and the website
Conduct market research to identify on-trend products within the industry and in retail
Analyse competitor websites and catalogues to identify potential products
Develop concepts for product lines which showcase our printing capabilities and present to internal leadership
Keep up to date with new products launched by existing suppliers
Identify potential suppliers by visiting trade fairs, researching online, etc (International travel will be required)
Provide recommendations on seasonal themes
Collaborate with directors, purchasing, production and warehouse team on best packaging solutions for new and existing products
Placing final orders with our purchasing team, ensuring precise information on requirements have been handed over
Help to create product specifications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product development aligns with company goals
Ensure product testing, compliance and certifications meets industry requirements
Support the directors in all aspects of product development

Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications
1-2 years' experience within a Product Design role
Willingness to travel internationally
