The Role:
In the Recruitment Consultant role you will be primarily accountable for the success of your own perms Business Support desk.
Specific tasks include:
– Working on existing vacancies.
– Maintaining the business that has come from the business development efforts.
– Keeping acquainted with both your candidates and your clients to ensure client satisfaction.
This position is based in the company's Coleshill office, so please ensure that's within a reasonable commutable distance for you before you apply.
The Candidate:
To be considered for the Recruitment Consultant role you will need to demonstrate that you're able to identify top talent for roles such as administrators, Sales Support Coordinators, clerical staff and others.
You'll also need to be the following:
– A self-starter
– Able to take control of your own 360 desk
– Confident when it comes to working with both clients and candidates
– Happy managing the entire recruitment cycle from end-to-end

The Package:
The basic salary for the Recruitment Consultant role is up to £32,000 per annum.
You'll also receive other benefits which include the following:
