Our client is one of Ireland’s most successful retailers in their sector with stores across Ireland and a workforce in excess of 500.

What we are looking for
The E-Commerce Marketing Executive plays a key role in the day to day running from a marketing perspective of the company website. The successful candidate would be responsible for the development of our E-Commerce marketing campaigns, our campaign changeover, continually driving our customer experience, content development and development of all digital content.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
• The E-Commerce Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for the smooth changeover of all brand and tactical campaigns across the online site and on our App.
• He/she will ensure that all assets developed are in keeping with our brand tone of voice and look/feel and will brief our third party agency on development requirements. This will also necessitate working closely with our Senior Brand Manager to ensure that all assets meet campaign requirements from a consistency perspective.
• The E-Commerce Digital Marketing Executive will lead the development of an annual product promotional plan for the E-Commerce channel by working with the buying team to define suitable products for E-Commerce, that meet our retail calendar requirements.
• He/she will confirm all brand promotions with the Trading Director and will then identify the brand assets to be developed to support our requirements.
• He/she will be responsible for the monthly reporting on campaign performance of our offers put in place and circulation to key stakeholders.
• The E-Commerce Digital Marketing Executive will be solely responsible for the development and implementation of the most appropriate process for listing products on our site.
• He/she will define listing requirements and standards, brief our Buying team and our suppliers, and approve all listings in all cases.
• He/she will ensure that all product listings only go live once the copy and photography meet our visual and tone of voice guidelines for our site.
• He/she will be responsible for reviewing the site and removing products not meeting our specification and advising suppliers of consequences.
• The E-Commerce Digital Marketing Executive is also a key support point of contact for daily issues as they arise and resolving them with the E-Commerce Assistant.
• The E-Commerce Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for the development of a specific E-Commerce rate card on an annual basis.
• He/she is responsible for engaging with suppliers to sell E-Commerce packages for the website and will record all revenue with Finance.
• He/she will work closely with the Senior Brand Manager to ensure all are aware of commitments suppliers make.
• The E-Commerce Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for engaging with our suppliers to create appropriate brand rooms on our site to drive key brand performance.
• He/she will also be responsible for building relationships from an E-Commerce perspective, with key teams across our leading suppliers, such as Lancôme, Loreal and Coty, for example.
• He/she will be responsible for the development of brand campaign evaluation presentations and will lead the content development of these across our marketing team where a wider input is required.

• The E-Commerce Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for the development of the bi-monthly customer card inserts for online orders.
• For ensuring the code is set up accordingly and the offer fits with seasonal requirements. He/she will work closely with the Senior Brand Manager in regards to brand look and feel of the online card to ensure it is consistent with wider brand communications.
• Briefing in social media executive on content & schedule of social media. Sending on required assets, product info and links.
• He / she will work closely with our Digital Marketing Executive on digital content.
• The E-Commerce Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for engaging with third party vendors in relation to promos and monthly campaigns.
• He/she will also be responsible for organising our brand campaign assets for and briefing them on the campaigns.
• The E-Commerce Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for agreed projects to drive performance during the year.
• These projects will be defined by the leadership team and allocated accordingly.
• Work with the purchasing team on new product and brand launches.
• Meet with supplier & gather content for brand room/product listings
• Development of and artwork for weekend promotions
• Email Campaign Support
• Support Marketing Executive with email
• Development of landing pages for email

Qualifications & Experience:
2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
Experience with the Magento platform and or similar.
Understanding and experience in UX, Adobe Suite, Google Analytics and Website Content Management.
Knowledge of SEO.
Experience using MS Excel to a proficient standard.
Knowledge of Klaviyo, photoshop/illustrator & Microsoft Dynamics NAV would be an advantage.
Analytical, ability to use data to inform decisions.
