Senior Account Executive

Salary : £65000 – £75000/annum £130k-£150k ote plus car allowance
Are you an experience new business sales professional with knowledge of the HR space? If so this could be your dream role, as this rapidly expanding flexible benefits provider is looking to add a senior BDM / BDD to the team selling their unique range of benefits and employee engagement software
The Role:
As a senior BDM / BDD you will be responsible for developing opportunities with large corporate companies in London, targeting FTSE 250, FTSE 500 organisations as an example. You will be able to tap in to your existing network of contacts within the HR space and have a solid understanding of how to manage and execute both a sales strategy as well as a strong grasp on managing sales processes, in particular within an HR SaaS provider.
The Candidate:
You will be a highly successful sales professional with a track record of new business within the HR space. Any knowledge or exposure to benefits is advantageous however not essential as product training can be given so people from within talent management, HR SaaS, L & D solutions such as eLearning / blended learning or HR consulting will also be considered on individual merit. You will need to be someone that can manage the entire sales process including prospecting and utilizing your existing network of contacts
The Package:
On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of between £65,000-£75,000 depending on experience, pension, health, and also a very generous uncapped commission plan with an ote which is double your base salary.
