My client is a reputable lettings company based in Derby and seek a Tenancy Manager for their business on a full time permanent basis.
Working 8 until 5.30 pm Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday (time in lieu) you will be mostly field based, conducting viewings, taking applications and dealing with enquiries, with some office administration duties, and also responsible for liaising with clients and organising maintenance and inventory checks.
The successful candidate will be expected to be able to drive with a full UK driving license, have their own car or will be given access to the company pool car. Free parking available.
Experience within property would be advantageous but not essential as full training can be given. You must be flexible in working hours as this will involve Saturday hours on a rotation and must have a full UK driving license.
Competitive Salary, plus commission plus expenses.
