Post Recruitment are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join an extremely successful family run business based in Wetherby.
* Sending display requests for authorisation.
* Credits for returns
* Half set lever despatches
* Sales meeting preparation (arranging samples, notes, spend data)
* Inputting Meeting notes and follow up actions onto the CRM.
* Putting Quotations from OW onto the CRM
* Quotation follow ups
* Creating display board/ stand packs
* Researching new business
* Stock checks on marketing materials
* Answering inbound phone calls
* Dealing with inbound customer enquires
* Prioritising and processing customer orders
* Follow up care for customer needs
* Liaising with warehouse regarding outbound and inbound deliveries
* Sales representative support to drive positive company sales results
* Assisting with Sales team outlook diaries
* Investigating and resolve customer complaints quickly and patiently
* Check stock availability for customer orders
* Office admin duties
* Business Administration duties assigned
The ideal candidate will have and can demonstrate
* Proven Sales Support experience
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Be able to work under pressure and meet targets
* Can do Attitude is essential
* Creative thinker and persuasive
* The ability to flourish in a competitive environment
* Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection
