Salary : £20000 – £22500/annum

We are recruiting for a well organised, adaptable, and willing office administrator.

Whilst this position does have the opportunity for variety and longer-term progression, interested candidates must be content carrying out basic admin and office duties daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Telephone call handling

• Ordering and management of office and PPE supplies

• Support various elements of the business including procurement

• Assist with office administration including purchase orders, delivery notes and invoices Requirements

• Capable of using IT packages such as Microsoft office, word and excel

• Attention to detail and analytical approach

• Excellent English language skills when dealing with telephone calls, visitors and emails

• C grade and above in English and Maths GCSE’s

• A Levels preferred but not required
