Lead Post Producer – London/Hybrid – £70,000 – £90,000
I am working with a well-established production house as they are looking to bring in an experienced Lead Post Producer.
You will work closely with Producers and editors to ensure projects run smoothly from initial kick-off through to the delivery.
It is an exciting opportunity to work with a range of recognised brands on some really exciting projects.
What you'll do as a Lead Post Producer:
Look to onboard and grow new and existing clients
Initiate production kick-off, delegating workload to producers
Guide clients through projects
Report to clients on final costings and promptly invoice projects as per agreed terms
Work collaboratively on team salary management and annual performance reviews
Work with Post Producers to utilise resources across all projects
Communicate with the bookings team to support on getting freelance cover as required
Take part in interviews for recruitment
Coordinate weekly meetings with direct reports for progress updates on projects
What you'll bring as a Lead Post Producer:
3+ years experience in a similar role
Experience in an established post-production house
Strong people management and leadership skills
Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills
Proven track record of managing budgets and forward planning
Excellent attention to detail
Calm and methodical approach
Ability to work without supervision
