Project Architect

Salary : £50000 – £60000/annum
I am working with a multi-disciplinary Studio of Architects, Interior Designers, Technicians and Project Managers, who are experts in the designing and delivering luxury residential and commercial projects, both in super-prime London, and internationally. They are looking for a highly talented Project Architect to join their team in West London.
This company have a reputation of excellence in the luxury design world, working on a range of scales – from multi-unit apartment complexes, to singular family homes, private yachts and country estates. Notably since their inception, this company hold strong relationships with their clients, due to their personal approach and high level of attention to detail. Their projects boast a range of design styles, and often display an ability to tastefully combine classical and historical elements with modern day luxuries.
As a Project Architect at this Studio, you will be part of a medium-sized team who have a family-like feel, and is very diverse. You will come into the role with multiple projects ready for you to get stuck into, working Directly with the Senior Management to hit the ground running. For this Project Architect role you need:
An Architectural degree, with at least 5 years' experience working on high-end projects, ideally in the residential field
Excellent AutoCAD skills, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D modelling
A skilled decision maker, with good project management and client facing skills
Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations, codes and understanding of Construction Technologies
A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
This role will require you to lead the Project from Concept/Planning, through Construction to completion under the guidance of their Director. You will work with a team creating detailed drawings and specifications, and presenting design proposals to clients, working through all RIBA work stages.
This is a full-time, office-based role, with the option to work 1 day per week remotely once you have successfully passed probation.
