Location: Helensburgh, Scotland
Salary: £24,000 plus approx £100 tips per week
Full Time: 40 hrs per week – very rarely more than 40 hours
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Demi Chef de Partie to join a fantastic stylish restaurant and bar. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Demi Chef de Partie with a passion for great food and people.
This role provides the opportunity for career progression as training will be provided. You will have the ability to support the Head and Sous Chef in running the kitchen operations and will be rewarded with great career progression opportunities.
Requirements:
Have worked in a similar role
Have a passion for delivering great menus.
Strives to continuously learn & develop.
Willing to learn and enthusiastic, can-do attitude.
The Person:
Great people person and culture focused.
Excellent team player able to support both the Head and Sous Chef and junior kitchen team members.
Passionate about fresh food, and is always looking for opportunities to develop the menu.
Standards focused – able to maintain consistency.
