This is a 40-strong studio that boasts collective expertise across a broad range of public and private sector clients, giving you exposure to diverse building typologies and scales. We are searching for a talented Project Architect with 3-6 years post-RIBA Part III/ARB experience in a UK practice, who is fully proficient in Revit software (live project experience required) and passionate about design excellence.
As a Project Architect, you'll be responsible for managing complex medium-large scale projects, from 200+ unit mixed-use developments to intricate infill schemes, adjustments to existing buildings, social housing, sustainability and more. This responsibility will include direct client management, managing external consultants, contractors, and on-site teams, and ensuring the smooth delivery of projects. The successful individual will have the support network of senior management within the studio, who will invest in your professional development.
The immediate exposure will focus on schemes at the post-planning stage, largely inner-city mixed-use and residential projects, but the studio has a healthy pipeline of projects at the earlier design stage including additional sectors such as workplace, offering exposure across all RIBA Stages to the successful applicant (with an initial focus on delivery in the short term). Ideal candidates will aspire to work from inception to completion on high-value schemes.
