Senior Architect
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £50000 – £60000/annum
Eden Brown are currently working alongside an industry leading architectural practice looking for a Senior Architect and Senior Designer in the Nottinghamshire area.
The projects will range across several different sectors including commercial large scale mixed-use, residential, and retail developments.
The ideal candidate:
– Experience in managing mid-scale, or aspects of large-scale UK and International architectural projects.
– 5+years post-qualification experience, of successfully delivering UK & international mid to large-scale projects.
– Good working knowledge of Revit and other commonly used design applications.
– Knowledge of British building regulations.
– Strong drawing skills alongside good written and spoken communication. What we can offer you.
Role Responsibilities:
– Deliver high quality design work, engaging others with your creative and innovative thinking.
– Project Delivery.
– Demonstrate a working knowledge of the design process and project brief, supporting the preparation of the project deliverables and other activities related to the project development.
– Deliver high quality work with limited guidance, demonstrating developed design and technical skills.
– Manage and co-ordinate with consultants on the relevant stages of the project.
