Our client is a leading manufacturer based in Kings Lynn, due to their continued growth and development they are seeking to employ a Sales Administrator to start as soon as possible.

On-going contract – potentially leading to permanent for the ideal candidate

Competitive salary offered, including contributory pension scheme

Hours of work 9.00 am to 5.30pm

Monday to Friday

37.5 hours per week

The role will be office based

20 days holiday per annum, plus public holidays

Duties will include but not limited to:

Managing on a timely basis the daily sales order processing routine for Commercial and Private orders using various back-office sales platforms

Allocating stock within the warehousing system

Managing the day-to-day relationship with commercial customers

Providing support for similar roles in the office during holiday periods.

Key Skills need for the role

* Previous background in sales administration roles

* Previous Despatch/Export admin experience

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Competent IT skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

* An organised and enquiring mind

* Enthusiastic and professional attitude to work

* A eagerness to learn
