Senior UX/UI Designer

Senior UX/UI Designer | Digital Agency | £50K – £60K DOE | Fully Remote or Hybrid
We are currently working for an exciting digital agency based in Manchester who provide enterprise software solutions to a range of clients in the Fintec, Recruitment and E-Commerce sectors.
They are on the lookout for a UX/UI Designer to join their team to help redesign their existing core products, implement core features and spearhead UX/UI best practice within the business.
There is great potential for this role to progress into a Lead / Managerial role as the business continues to scale and could suit a Senior Designer who is looking to influence the design direction in the company, or a Mid-Level Designer who is keen to for that step up.
Role:
Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to review existing software, and produce new designs and features
Responsible for UX best practice strategy
Produce wireframes, prototypes and mock-ups
Responsible for developing UCD and customer journeys
Responsible for creating and maintaining Style Guides and Component Library for products
Collaborate with UI Designers, Developers and other members of the cross functional team
Own the UX/UI Design process and have complete autonomy to influence the design decisions within the business Experience:
2-3 years’ experience in UX/UI Design or similar product design role
Experience with design software such as Figma, Canva, Miro, Adobe Suite or similar
End to end / full life cycle design experience
Prototyping and wireframing experience
Experience working on inhouse software products, ideally payroll platforms would be a big advantage, but not essential.
Ideally a good understanding of web technology and design, or front end tech like HTML / CSS. This is desirable, not essential.Benefits / Salary
Suggested Salary circa £50,000 – £60,000 – but remains flexible for the right candidate / experience
