This is a great opportunity for a UX/UI Designer to join a business that operates and works with some of the UK and Brazil’s most prominent social media sports brands and personalities They have an audience of over 5,000,000 passionate sports betting fans across a range of social platforms and websites.

This is an organisation that has seen continuous growth every year since 2014, with no plan on slowing down, especially in 2023. It’s a great opportunity to join an established team of designers, marketing professionals, SEO specialists, developers, social media experts, and product managers, to own and manage UX/UI design across several high-traffic websites with untapped potential, ranging from the UK to Brazil.

The business has built some of the biggest brands in the sports world, but this has been very social media driven. They are now planning to focus on web traffic and have a major rebrand whilst launching into new geographic locations. 

About the Role:

As the UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for delivering user-centred website designs with excellent attention to detail. You will also optimise existing user interfaces to improve the user experience and maximise conversions. Additionally, you will create interactive prototypes, wireframes and user flows to deliver compelling digital experiences.

Responsibilities:

Produce exceptional, user-oriented website designs while maintaining a keen eye for detail.

Enhance the user experience and increase conversions by optimizing the existing user interface.

Design engaging digital experiences by creating interactive prototypes, user flows, and wireframes.

Work closely with our product manager, designers, and developers to bring your designs to life.

Provide our developers with comprehensive assets such as style guides, icons, and graphics.

Work seamlessly across various brands, integrating and enhancing each brand's creative assets and design system.

Provide constructive feedback to our developers on their front-end designs to ensure pixel-perfect experiences.

Requirements:

A diverse portfolio that showcases UX-cantered decision-making and exceptional UI abilities, specifically highlighting a mobile-first approach to design.

Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.

A creative individual who employs strategic thinking to drive product concepts from ideation to implementation.

Effective problem-solving skills to tackle user interface challenges and find optimal solutions.

Strong communication skills, as you will be an integral part of a team.

A proactive and self-motivated individual who takes pride in their work.

A growth-oriented mindset, coupled with an insatiable intellectual curiosity that fuels a desire for continuous learning.

Desirable:

A love for football, as this is at the heart of what we do.

Expertise and/or an understanding of sports betting.

Hands-on experience collaborating with product managers and developers.

Proven experience in creating design systems and component libraries from scratch using Figma.
