The Role:
Digital Account Manager
We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Account Manager, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong client relationships while overseeing the successful execution of website and app development projects. Your exceptional communication and
organisational skills, coupled with your deep understanding of the digital landscape, will enable you to deliver outstanding results and drive client satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Client Relationship Management:

* Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, objectives, and expectations.

* Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing strategic guidance.

* Proactively communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction, address concerns, and identify new opportunities for collaboration.

2. Project Management:

* Collaborate closely with internal teams, including designers, developers, and QA specialists, to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.

* Define project scopes, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients, and ensure that project goals align with the client's business objectives.

* Track project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and take appropriate actions to mitigate risks and ensure smooth project execution.

3. Business Development:

* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts, leveraging your understanding of their business needs.

* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop proposals, pitch new projects, and secure new business opportunities.

* Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to websites and apps, and share this knowledge with clients.

4. Account Financials:

* Monitor project budgets and ensure accurate invoicing and billing.

* Work closely with the finance team to track account receivables and resolve any financial issues.

5. Performance Analysis and Reporting:

* Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success and impact of website and app projects.

* Prepare regular reports and presentations for clients, highlighting project achievements, challenges, and recommendations for future improvements.

Skills and Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field (ideal not mandatory).

* Proven experience as an Account Manager or a similar client-facing role in a digital agency, specifically focused on websites and apps.

* Strong understanding of website and app development processes, technologies, and best practices.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

* Outstanding project management and organisational abilities, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

* Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to drive client success.

* Proficiency in project management tools, CRM systems, and collaboration platforms.

* A passion for staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Benefits:

* Salary: £32,000 – £40,000 (Subject to experience) .
