CAD Technician
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £30000 – £34000/annum
CAD Technician – Wisbech, Cambridgeshire – £30-34k pa
Our client is a long-established major manufacturing company based in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire. They have asked us to identify an experienced CAD Technician to join their existing team providing support on all work associated with custom designs, technical drawings, cutting lists and CNC software.
The Role:
To prepare all technical drawings as required for production purposes using AutoCAD and Alphacam.
To support production with detailed drawings for manufacture via a CNC machine.
To liaise with admin staff and to check that all works orders have been properly specified.
To liaise with showroom designers with technical checks and queries.
To prepare ‘cutting lists’ for manufacturing daily.
To provide costings on bespoke products.
To assist with Company projects when requested.
The Person:
To ensure all work is always of the highest standard.
Experienced in the use of AutoCAD and Alphacam.
Ensure you always comply with the Company’s Health and Safety Policies and Procedures.
Develop a culture of exceeding customer’s expectations.
Maintain good morale amongst the team with good employee relations and clear communication.
Comply with the company’s mission statement and core values at all time.
The Rewards:
