Our well established and busy client based in Hemel Hempstead are looking for a Design and Content Assistant to join their successful team!
They are looking for a creative enthusiast to support the Marketing Team with content creation to heighten brand awareness and customer engagement for B2B and B2C customers.
The Design and Content Assistant will be responsible for developing engaging content for company brands across a multitude of platforms including social media, email marketing, B2C websites, point of sale and Amazon UK, US & EU.
This is a fantastic role for someone who is highly creative, well organised, passionate about sports and loves generating compelling content!
The Design and Content Assistant will be responsible for:

Designing, creating and delivering a portfolio of engaging and creative content for a mix of channels, including B2C websites, Amazon, social media, B2B and B2C email campaigns and general internal/external marketing collateral
*
Working with the Marketing Manager to reporting on social media trends and how branded content has performed across Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/TikTok and LinkedIn
*
Working closely with the Marketing Manager and Ecommerce Team to ensure digital assets are live on the B2C, B2B websites in a timely manner for key events within the Marketing calendar
*
Producing final-print and digital-ready files, based on specification
*
Creating and publishing outstanding brand content on social media, including posts, reels and stories in line with the marketing calendar and adhering to brand guidelines
*
Video filming and editing of short videos
*
Periodically conducting competitor content research and content and competitor audits to identify opportunities and strategies
*
Developing product assets for the Production Team utilising Adobe Illustrator and hardware
For this Design and Content Assistant role, the employer is looking for:

A passion for design and generating compelling content – good copywriting skills
*
Experience in using Adobe Suite, Photoshop/Illustrator or InDesign for creating content
*
A creative mind and outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
*
Highly organised and outstanding planning skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
*
Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
*
Excellent understanding of the Adobe Suite for creating content with 2+ years of experience in Photoshop/Illustrator or InDesign
