Having started life in the North of Norfolk over 5 years ago, this firm have forged a reputation for delivering outstanding projects across a range of sectors. Due to the continued success of the business, they are now looking to open a second office in the centre of Norwich – and they are looking for an adept Architectural Technician to become an important part of this!
With a fantastic portfolio of clients and projects throughout Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and Suffolk, the majority of their projects involve working with private clients, yet they can also boast work with developers, contractors, builders and organisations on projects within the Residential, Commercial and Public sectors.
As an Architectural Technician with this firm, you will be responsible for completing working drawings and technical details for residential and commercial projects. You will also liaise with building control, consultants, clients, and contractors throughout the full construction process.
The ideal Architectural Technician will be an experienced detailer with proficiency in AutoCAD. You must also have fantastic drawing presentation skills and be comfortable coordinating with stakeholders and a confident communicator. Familiarity with Local and National planning policy, Building Regulations, and the RIBA Plan of Works is essential to succeed in this role.
We will be looking to speak with Architectural Technicians who can demonstrate a least 3 years' experience within UK industry with CIAT registration being preferable but not essential.
