Baker required, Dublin 24 – (€32k – €35k – DOE)

We are looking for a professional, experienced, and motivated baker to join our production team. We need someone with strong organizational and planning abilities.
They will be working as part of a team, but they must also be able to operate alone.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of following recipes, food preparation methods, and hygiene measures. They must have a burning desire to produce work of the highest possible quality.
Salary: €32k – €35k (Depending on experience)
Hours: 5am – 11am (Monday – Friday & Tuesday – Saturday on weekly Rota)
Responsibilities

Preparing dough for various breads, using weigh scales and ingredient recipe sheets.
*
Controlling dough fermentation, Shape products & part-bake as require.
*
Manage all sourdough culture & refresh for production.
*
Maintain production schedule without supervision.
*
Complete production records to include the tracking of waste, temperature and quality.
*
Maintain hygiene and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils within the work area.
*
Handle all food items correctly in keeping with HACCP training.

Four years of strong experience as a baker in fast paced environment.
