Senior Architect (Conservation)

Salary : £40000 – £46000/annum hybrid working
Are you an accredited Conservation Architect looking for an exciting opportunity to join a reputable Architectural studio in Manchester? Do you have a passion for preserving historic buildings and cultural heritage sites while incorporating modern design elements? This could be the opportunity you've been looking for.
A modern, central Manchester Architecture practice is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Conservation Architect to join their team. As a Conservation Architect, your primary focus will be on preserving and restoring existing buildings, while working in balance with modern design concepts to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
With a strong commitment to sustainable design, this studio has gained a reputable track record in creating unique and innovative designs that support eco-friendliness. As a Conservation Architect, you will be responsible for developing design strategies and ensuring the implementation of conservation principles into all projects.
We require a Conservation Architect to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field and hold accreditation from the AABC or similar body (or be willing to work towards it).
