Kinovo Plc, have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join us, based out of our Erith Office – DA8 2AT. Kinovo is made up of three subsidiaries – Purdy, Dunham and Spokemead Ltd. You will be working closely with the senior management team for each subsidiary, where you will be reporting to our Group Social Value and Marketing Manager. The role will require travel to all site offices (Chingford, Romford & Hackney) including attendance at national external Events. Your hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00. (Hybrid working is available.)

We are seeking a Graduate Marketing Executive who preferably has at least 1-2 years’ work experience within the Local Authority / Social Housing sector, who can hit the ground running. 

The primary purpose of this role is to provide:

Practical and effective assistance to the Group’s SV & Marketing Manager with creation of and co-ordination of marketing-related communication, internal and external
Provide administrative support on Social Value activities across the Group, including liaising with external clients, partners and internal management/employees
Be responsible for creating content for our internal Intranet, and external social media presence, including keeping our websites up to date and accurate with information to help “sell” our business and our services
Organisation of, and attendance at, industry-relevant Events to promote the services and businesses of our Group, with a strong understanding of what we do, and bringing creative ideas for our digital and other marketing content to Management.

Marketing and Communication
Website Development and SEO 
Social Media Management
Event Co-Ordination
Administrative / Database Management Support
Social Value Assistance
Skills/Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year experience in Local Authority / Social Housing and 1-2 years’ experience in a Marketing role
Diploma in Marketing or Diploma in Digital Marketing preferable
Digital marketing, WordPress & SEO knowledge
Excellent organisational, communication skills and written skills
Knowledge of the Property Services sector and its role in servicing clients such as Housing Associations and Local Authorities preferable
GCSE or Equivalent in English Language, A level or equivalent, Marketing/Business Degree. 
Driving License and access to own car essential
