Leading a brigade of 18 chefs catering for 1500 students, teaching and support staff daily with a focus on Farm to Fork cooking this role would be a great stepping stone into a Head Chef / Chef Manager role in the future.
Working in a purpose built catering facility that underwent a bottom up refurbishment 4 years ago allows chefs to make their best product possible without the usual constraints on space, equipment and hands.
· Salary of between £27.5k – $33k depending on experience.
· 40 hours a week, 5 days out of 7.
· Shifts pattern 6-3, 8-5 and 12-8 so no later than 20:00 every day.
· 28 days holidays including statuary holidays.
