Nine Twenty are continually supporting our well known Spirits Manufacturing client in their need for an NPD Project Lead to join their team permanently. As a member of the NPD Project Delivery Team, your role will involve coordinating and developing projects from the initial concept to final delivery. You'll be responsible for managing product and packaging introductions, ensuring all aspects of material development are taken care of. It will be crucial for you to ensure that projects are completed within the designated time frame and budget.
Working within this innovative environment will provide you with exposure to a diverse range of packaging development projects. This means you'll have the chance to contribute to the creation and improvement of various packaging solutions for the expanding brands. It's an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and make a significant impact on the growth and success of the company's new products.
You will be committed & dedicated, autonomous with excellent decision making skills whilst building excellent relationships with stakeholders.
Responsibilities are but not limited to:
Delivery of NPD processes & component development through supply chain
Creation of Bills of Materials
Manage & plan packaging change projects
Brief & develop packaging components and collaborating with purchasing & suppliers
Skills required:
Experienced within a packaging development role – we will consider a variety of industries
Due to the exposure of the role – you must be able to work within a fast paced and changing environment
Understanding of print processes, artwork & structural packaging development
You must be ambitious with experience in managing multiple projects
