This is a progressive opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer to further advance their technical skills and abilities with a highly reputable and award-winning prestigious legal firm within their Norwich based Residential Development Sales Team.
This opportunity would see you joining a welcoming and knowledgeable specialist team who acts for large scale national developers, predominantly within the London property market.
You would be responsible for managing large mixed use development sites which have been allocated to you, in answering enquiries raised by buyers’ solicitors, overseeing the exchange and completion of residential units, creating documents, providing updates for developer clients and supporting less experienced team members.
This would be a great opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer who holds a strong background and knowledge within either Residential or Commercial Property work, and who has a real interest in progressing their career within a specialist role.
