Do you have experience working on a busy hire desk? Do you have a keen interest in audio visual equipment?

Our highly successful client is looking for a Hire coordinator to join their friendly and creative team.

The main responsibilities of this role are to: –

Helping to manage and look after customers within the existing rental team
To answer the rental phone and answer/divert calls as appropriate
Maintain and develop long term relationships and maximise sales opportunities where possible with existing and new clients
Hire out of a full range of equipment to clients
Generate Quotes
Provide advice to Key Accounts on "best fit" solutions whilst interfacing with relevant departments
Work with all relevant departments, including engineering, operations, warehouse, accounts etc, in order to facilitate best working practice for benefit of both clients and the company
Once a suitable training period has passed, the role will encompass Account Management of 'key' clients as part of your day to day duties

To be successful in this role you will be keen to learn, have a methodical approach to your work and be proactive to ensure the company meets their targets. Attention to detail is key to ensure the correct equipment is delivered to the clients and to schedule.
