In a nutshell…
We are looking for an experienced CAD Designer to join a well established manufacturing company that started out in the late 1800's who are at the forefront of their industry. The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in designing 2D floor plans and 3D proposals for sales teams and customers, to ensure that their equipment is installed within the correct designated areas, whilst maximising space and making sure that the layout reaches its full potential.
The successful applicant will already have a background in CAD or Revit design working within an interior, architectural, plumbing, HVAC, MEP, equipment installs or electrical design background.
You will have the privilege of working on a variety of high-end projects from concept to completion whilst working in a fantastic office space. This is truly a great company to work for that offers amazing benefits including a combined 18% pension.
What's involved for the CAD Designer…
Play an important part in designing a wide range of projects
Liaise closely with sales teams and customers to ensure accurate drawing representation
To understand equipment range
Liaise with quotations department to ensure they have all correct information
Produce accurate plans from sketches provided
Produce 2D and 3D designs
Arrange site visits to Germany and France to gain product knowledgeWhat you'll need…
Must have CAD Design experience
Excellent communications skills
Confident telephone manner
Strong attention to detail
