Salary £30,000-£32,500 dependent on experience + benefits
Hours – approximately 45 hours per week
BD20 6RB – free on-site parking
Our client is an award-winning artisan bakery manufacturer, founded in 1899. Due to continued growth they are now looking for an experienced Bakery Supervisor to join their existing team.
Responsibilities but not limited to:-
* Experience in a similar role preferred
* Good Written and Verbal Skills Required
* Ability to work in a safe manner and to consider the safety of others
* Adapt well to change, can be short notice to undertake a variety of roles across the business
* Work as part of a team and deliver a strong focus to lead by example
* Demonstrate good problem solving and decision making
* Understanding of ‘Getting the Job Done’ effectively and developing relations with other Team members and other departments across the site
* Use of the computer system
* Achieve the standards of the company Hygiene, G.M.P to the correct standards
* To undertake visual inspection & validation of procedures
* To support the Manager to get the Production done in a timely manner
* To take responsibility for Operating a wide range of equipment in various departments
