Senior Store Supervisor
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £27000 – £31000/annum
We are looking for a permanent Senior Store Supervisor for our client who is a reputable and well-established business, specialising in gelato, coffee and pastries. The shop is due to open in mid-June.
Senior Store Supervisor Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality customer service to establish a strong relationship with the local community.
Serve gelato, pastries and coffee ensuring the company’s quality standard.
Oversee daily operations.
Support the store manager in creating a strong work ethic within the team.
Manage and recruit staff.
Teach new staff members.
Attend staff meetings.
Maintain cleanliness and cleaning.
Senior Store Supervisor Requirements:
Previous experience in the food and beverage industry
Flexibility to work during weekends
Able to collaborate within the team
Willingness to learn
Strong work ethic
Fluent English speaking
Senior Store Supervisor Details:
Full-time position with up to 45 hours per week
Salary: between £27,000-£31,000 per year
