Our client, an esteemed membership organisation situated in the heart of London, is currently seeking an in-house Graphic Designer to join their team on a three-month basis.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in the redevelopment of the client's organisational brand. You will undertake the redesign of identified assets, creatives, and publications. Working on a variety of projects, you will be confident in creating artwork for print and digital formats, and will have experience working on leaflets, templates, adverts, posters, promotional materials, event stands and campaigns.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Work with the Marketing and Digital team to redesign key assets and creative materials as part of the brand redevelopment.
Design and develop a suite of digital adverts to support marketing activity.
Create artwork for print and digital formats, preparing concepts, formatting text to templates, adapting artwork based on feedback and proofing amends.
Undertake additional design tasks in support of other areas of the business (conferences, events, publications) as directed.
Support the Marketing and Digital team in the development of a digital management system for the new brand assets.Skills and Experience:

Prior experience in a graphic deign role.
Demonstrated understanding of how to effectively utilise templates, brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
Knowledgeable about key design principles.
Experience creating artwork for print and digital formats.
Thorough understanding of the Adobe suite products (including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) or similar products.
Excellent communication skills, with an ability to explain ideas with internal and external audiences.
Ability to work on multiple projects and meet fast turnaround times.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to inspire and influence others.
