Job Purpose/Background:

Your role is critical in providing a smooth property management service for the client's commercial property portfolio. You will not only keep all parties well informed but also deal with queries quickly and efficiently.
You will be part of a dynamic, ambitious, and growing business that prides itself on having a strong family culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing part of our property portfolio (commercial property) in and around the Worcestershire area.
* Support the Property Team and the business with all property management related tasks.
* Liaising with leaseholders and tenants via email, phone, and in person.
* To act as first point of contact in relation to any enquiries concerning the managed properties.
* Liaising with contractors and internal teams to ensure works are undertaken as required
* Managing the day to day enquires including booking jobs in, authorising repair works and providing regular reports on the compliance of our sites and escalating any non compliance issues.
* Cross check necessary department checklists, ensuring accurate documents are saved to our internal system.
* ·Assist the property team by requesting, chasing, proactively managing quotes, orders, proposals, invoices, rent demands, landlords requests, rates and utilities matters.
* Provide good quality, accurate reports to the business on a regular basis.
Person requirements:
Positive can-do attitude
Able to work accurately with attention to detail
Well presented
A people person, able to work with tenants and landlords
Experienced with Office 365 and databases. ( Training will be given in Agency Pilot as that is specific to our industry )
Package:
Based at our Head Office in Droitwich
Salary is £22k- £26k depending on experience – full training can be given
Hours 9-5.30 Monday to Friday with an hour lunch break ( generally there is a 4.00pm finish on a Friday )
25 days holiday plus statutory ( one week will need to kept for Christmas as we always close the office between Christmas and New Year )
Birthday day off ( if it falls on a working day )
