Our client is looking for an administrator to work within the Family department for a fantastic reputable law firm, based in the centre of Bolton. This is an outstanding opportunity to grow your career with an established, forward thinking specialist family law firm.

The role:

* Preparing legal documents

* Opening and closing files

* Preparing and drafting of documents and forms in respect of divorce, family and children matters

* Accessing the Governments online systems for Legal Aid providers

* Communicating with clients on a day-to-day basis

* General administrative tasks – filing, scanning, photocopying

* Updating the in-house system

* Accurate data entry using strong attention to detail

To be successful in this application, you will be:

* Confident with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

* Have an interest within the Legal Sector

* Strong communication skills

* The ability to handle sensitive information
