Top legal 500 practice in London are currently recruiting an Education Solicitor.
Whether a solicitor or licensed conveyancer, with a background in education law and experience of, or have an interest in education and charity property land will be suitable.
The role will involve the full range of schools related matters, with a focus on the land and trusts of school sites and the conversion and rebrokerage of academies (although we welcome applicants who also have experience of admissions appeals, SEND matters, Ofsted appeals etc).
Salary package on offer is competitive and would be based on the experience level of the candidate. They can offer flexible working, including a blend of office working and working from home if desired and many of the existing team live outside London and so geography need not be a limiting factor.
Candidates from either the private or public sector to bolster and further their work with schools, including church schools where the firm has a strong following.
