As we prepare for out next phase of growth and innovation, we have an incredibly exciting opportunity for an Engineering Maintenance Manager to join our Team based in Park Royal.
The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Engineering, the Engineer Maintenance Manager ensures that sites machinery and equipment runs smoothly and reliably. The successful candidate will responsible for the management of site’s FMCG, office and building facilities as well as the repairs and maintenance of food manufacturing CPU building facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Inter-departmental daily management liaising and manufacturing support,
Daily operations meetings attendance.
Daily management of engineering team and PPM
Building & manufacturing facilities day to day hands on support and management
Preventative and reactive maintenance management and new equipment PPM Creation
KPI delivery and management support
Contractor Site Management
CPU project management support
Process and manufacturing improvements support
Engineering risk assessments, SSOW’s creation and management
24 hours on-call shared on alternating weeks with Head of Engineering for site and manufacturing support. (26 weeks per calendar year , 1 week on call 1 week off call . 24 HR operational phone and attendance management as required)
Site and audit work requests planning and completion management
Engineering Department BRC compliance and record management
Engineering team (Engineers & Asset Care) periodical performance reviews with Head of Engineering.
Engineering statutory and H&S compliance management support
Statutory periodic facility and equipment checks management support
Problem-solving and management both proactive and reactive for business daily operations and continuity.
Ability to resolve problems fast and implement solutions.
Site Repairs, maintenance, and parts cost scoping
Team support and development
Lead as example uphold/manage standards and create new with engineering management team
Engineering team support and motivation
Daily team technical and maintenance support

Hands on individual
Industry related time served engineering and management experience.
Self-motivated and proactive
Levelheaded and good ability to perform under difficult and stressful situations.
