A new Interior Architect (F&B) job is available in East London. This is the perfect opportunity for a technically savvy designer looking to expand their experience within the luxury hospitality sector. All applicants must be confident working on all project stages and running projects. Salary of £40,000 – £50,000 but flexible for the perfect candidate.

Currently a team of 45+ in London, this interior design and architecture team, has amassed an outstanding portfolio of projects and an enviable list of clients. Their characteristic timeless aesthetic is always present in the high-end hotels, restaurants, and residential development schemes they work on.

With an ever-expanding portfolio of projects, they now require an outstanding Interior Architect with project running abilities, to join their London office. The successful candidate will work on national and international high-end projects and will benefit from flexible working hours and a hybrid work setup.

Role & Responsibilities

– Working across all stages of the design process, from concept through to completion

– Running national and international projects as needed

– Working on concept development and space planning for high-end F&B projects

– Producing detailed design intent drawings

– Creating bespoke joinery and furniture design drawings/plans

– Producing client presentations

– Working on-site and liaising with contractors when required.

Required Skills & Experience

– 4+ years' experience in luxury F&B/ hospitality projects

– Ability and experience running projects confidently

– Proven track record producing technical packages, joinery, and detailed drawings

– Experience working as a Technical Designer / Interior Architect across all project stages

– Confident in interpreting design concepts

– Experience liaising directly with architects, contractors, and suppliers

– Client-facing experience would be beneficial

– On-site experience

– Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop and SketchUp; Revit would be beneficial

– Hand sketching ability preferred

– Good knowledge of UK building regulations.
