Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional housekeeping services to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.
Assist with front-of-house operations, breakfast/dinner service, warmly welcoming guests and addressing their needs with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Contribute to the smooth operation of our estate by supporting various departments as needed.
Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring that each guest's experience is unforgettable.
Requirements:
Proven experience in both housekeeping and front-of-house roles within the hospitality sector.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
Flexibility to adapt to various tasks and responsibilities as required.
