Venue Manager – Role Insight:
Ensuring on-target performance metrics, in line with monthly, quarterly, and yearly profitability objectives.
Establishing and reinforcing an unparalleled level of customer service, by setting robust standards and procedures.
Spearheading guest relations, proactively addressing any concerns or complaints.
Guaranteeing smooth operations of all events and functions, upholding the high standards synonymous with the role.
Taking on the responsibility as the Personal Wedding Manager for at least 12 weddings annually.
Leading upselling efforts for accommodation and other relevant services to boost sales.
Overseeing the performance of the bar and waiting teams, ensuring they meet their annual targets.
Championing all Health and Safety standards, from risk assessments to emergency protocols.
Holding or being open to obtaining the Personal License Holder certification.
