Due to continued growth, a highly successful and expanding firm in Norwich have a new opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer or Paralegal to join their property team.
In joining this team, you will be presented with a high degree of autonomy and will oversee your own caseload. Our client prides themselves on offering a personal and tailored approach and to ensure a high degree of client care is delivered, you will oversee your own files from initial instruction through to post completion (with assistant support) – to include the sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, TOE’s, re-mortgages, registered and unregistered, with some additional new build work.
For those who wish to progress their career, this opportunity can also present strong prospects to progress into a Team Leader / Supervisory position in the future.
