If so, Supertemps want to hear from you today. Our client is recruiting for a permanent, full time Quality Assurance Assistant to join their expanding manufacturing site based on the Beautiful Llyn Peninsula.
As the Quality Assurance Assistant your responsibilities will include:
Monitoring process operations by testing and assessment.
Recording test results, handling data, organising the administration of documents to complete tasks.
Documenting and quarantining material that is found to be outside agreed limits / unacceptable.
Calibrating testing equipment.
Taking corrective action if a process or material is operating outside agreed limits.
Interpreting the data collated and communicating when outside agreed limits to Managers and colleagues.
Conducting site audits including; hygiene, housekeeping, fabric, HACCP, pre-requisites such as stock rotation and Quality Management Systems.
Participating in discussions to improve product quality and performance.
Assisting the Technical Manager with the maintenance of the Quality Management Systems and HACCP plans.
We are keen to see your CV if you have the following:
Proven quality assurance experience with BRCB knowledge
Experience of a Food production environment
Ideally have a Scientific background
Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent including Mathematics and English
Excellent communication skills written and verbal
Detail orientated with the ability to follow written procedures/instructions
Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
