We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to joining our client who is a leading distributer in their sector in the UK. The primary responsibilities of this role will be to work closely with the sales team to ensure a high standard of customer service are delivered.
Key responsibilities for Sales Administrator
* To process customer orders in a timely and accurate Manner
* To act process and deal with all inbound customer enquiries.
* To provide customers with relevant quotes and following the process through till the order is placed
* To work with the pricing team to ensure pricing is accurate and all information is up to date and passed on to the relevant department and customers
* Managing inbound calls and ensuring all enquiries are handled in a professional and efficient manner
* To review and process all sales orders with agreed price, delivery and commercial terms
* Ensuring all quotes and order entries are accurate
* To co-ordinate with other departments within the business to ensure orders are dealt with up until delivery
* To provide management with sales reports as and when requested
* To follow company quality management and health and safety guidelines
Key skills for Sales Administrator
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Good all-round IT skills including ERP and CRM systems as well as Microsoft Office
* Good attention to detail
* Fast and accurate keyboard skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability To prioritise work and adapt positively to a changing environment
