Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £28500 – £31000/annum

chef de partie – private members club – 39 hours – Monday to Friday £28500 + £1000 christmas bonus + service charge of £30-100 a month + pension fully contributed (which means over £110 extra in your pay, as the club pays all your pensions & not split like other kitchens). We are currently recruiting for a private members club in London. It is very top quality and has a restaurant for around 50 covers. chef de partie to work on the 50 cover restaurant and the events rooms

The role
As chef de partie you will work on one of the section. You will create top quality menu items, prep your fridge and cook inservice. This chef de partie role will include all the normal chef de partie duties.

Experience
We are looking for a chef de partie with current experience within hotels or members clubs at either chef de partie level or demi chef de partie level.

* Monday to Friday

* 39 hour week

* Christmas off (2 weeks) / summer off

* they pay all the penions, meaning you have a extra £110 each month

* latest finish 10pm.

* mixture of shifts, 1 early, 1 mid, 1 late and 2 doubles

* paid overtime
