Salary :

Staffstreet are pleased to be working with a leading design company. The main role will be to represent the company by making outbound sales calls to senior decision makers in target markets to represent the company.

The right person will have a strong Business Development background, experience building key relationships to aid the sales process to convert conversations into closed calls that secure a meeting. You are not required to be on the meeting or close the sale.

The right candidate will:

* Have proven Business Development experience, able to figures, comfortable sharing targets and achievements.

* Be comfortable with a 100% phone-based role.

* Be confident, energetic and self-motivated.

* Have the ability to make intelligence gathering calls to aid the sales process to secure a meeting.

* Have the ability to manage a call list efficiently, ensuring all records are called for that day and Leads are not missed.

* Excellent administration and computer skills.

* Excellent spoken and written English.

* A track record of closing deals and success in a sales environment.

* The ability to build up relationships and build rapport over the phone.

* Need to be a team player – as this role wil be working within a small team.
