ECO Wizard are looking to recruit a Content Creator for our Digital Marketing team. As a Digital Content Creator, your role will require you to write and create different but relevant examples for our company’s digital media portfolio. You will be required to create, implement and manage content marketing strategies to increase both brand and product awareness with our customers both existing and new.

To be successful in this role, you must have extensive knowledge and experience of digital publishing platforms. You should have the experience of planning out the content in such a way that it helps in creating growth and awareness for our business.

Content creation is key. For example – creating video content and carousels, planning and compiling marketing activities as well as any other relevant content for the website. You should manage, endorse and promote content on our social media channels as well as other online platforms to attract our target audience.

Responsibilities:

* Develop, implement and manage content marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement with customers.

* Conduct research on topics related to the company’s products or services to identify new trends or opportunities for growth.

* Manage social media channels and other forms of electronic communication for the company. Respond to comments and messages and engage with our online community.

* Write and edit blog posts , newsletters, ebooks , white papers , case studies and other content for the website , blogs and other channels

* Create digital marketing campaigns including banners text adds, pop up and any other relevant formats of interactive content.

* Develop and maintain website content for blogs/newsletters to post company news and product information.

* Produce videos’ podcasts, infographics, slideshows or other digital media formats to engage customers in new ways creating digital assets.

* Create and manage digital advertising campaigns in order to achieve specific targeted goals.

* Upload the latest content on social media platforms.

* Ensure good website traffic and leads for our products.

* Stay up to date with latest industry trends and practices.

* Create a campaign calendar for the year.

* Build set of website SLA’s for which the business are accountable and recognised for.

Requirements:

* Educated ideally in marketing or communications, or experience of working in a digital marketing role.

* Energy, enthusiasm and proven experience in producing digital content and digital best practice, preferably within a D2C organisation.

* Knowledge and experience of running digital marketing campaigns.

* Strong creative skills and a keen eye for detail.

* Experience using web content management systems

* Experience developing and managing social media campaigns across channels such as

Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and Instagram, using tools like AgoraPulse / Hootsuite.

* Experience of photography and creating/editing images, using packages such as Adobe

Photoshop.

* Experience of video production, including filming, editing (preferably using Final Cut Pro or similar) and delivering via channels such as YouTube.

* Understanding of digital analytics and metrics, their importance and the tools to monitor, manage and evaluate them, like Google Analytics and AgoraPulse / Hootsuite.

* Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other departments,and suppliers.

* Able to deliver a range of concurrent projects, on-time and to a deadline.

* Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and structure work schedules.

* Good written and oral communication skills.

* Good proof-reading skills.

Desirable:

Relevant digital marketing qualification and/or training.

Experience delivering webinars, preferably using GoToWebinar or similar.

An understanding of or experience in developing email marketing campaigns,preferably using Dotmailer or similar web-based solutions.

Experience of working with CRM systems, for example Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Experience of using SharePoint
