Customer Service Administrator – (Strong EXCEL/Spreadsheets experience req.) – Southend on Sea – c£26k – Hybrid working
We’re working with a global medical technology company which provides advanced clinical technologies and services to healthcare professionals worldwide.
With a focus on providing best in class solutions for early detection, diagnosis and minimally invasive treatment, our client improves patient outcomes by elevating the standard of care in targeted disease states.
Within their Service Plan Department, which deals with Service Plans/extended warranties relating to the clinical products and equipment they provide, they now require a Customer Service Administrator as follows:
* Taking customer calls/emails/enquiries and answering them within a specified timeframe (referring to other departments as required)
* Liaising with the Sales & Field based teams ensuring customer satisfaction across the various products and services sold
* Providing customers with quotations for new service plans as well as costings for amendments to (or extensions of) existing plans
* Keeping profitability in mind at all times, upselling advanced plans and/or services where appropriate
* Undertaking all related administration / data entry, multi-tasking as required (hence a strong level of EXCEL knowledge required)
* Based in Southend on Sea with hybrid working offered post probation
The suitable Customer Service Administrator will have at least 2 years Customer Service Administration experience (ideally in a relatable setting) alongside excellent Excel/Microsoft skills and outstanding spoken & written communication. Exposure to PIVOT tables would be particularly advantageous but isn’t essential as some training can provided in-post.
In addition to hybrid working (post probation) the successful Customer Service Administrator can expect a starting salary around £26k plus benefits with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance.
